As a Consultant Conversational Experience (f/m/d) you will join our Conversational AI Team at E.ON's Digital Technology. This means becoming a key member of a skilled team of Conversational experts who will lead, shape, transform and Digitize our E.ON businesses across Europe.

What you are responsible for

• Participate in discovery calls and technical deep dives to analyze customer requirements, understand their pain points, and provide recommendations on how conversational solutions can address these needs
• Create, deliver, and present powerful presentations and customized product demonstrations which clearly show the value of conversational solutions for our customers
• Design and recommend conversational solutions that meet customer specific needs and business requirements
• Collaborate with team members, other departments and stakeholders and act as an interface across teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
• Stay up to date on the competitive landscape and perform technical comparisons between conversational products inhouse as well as on the market
• Provide internal trainings to team members, other teams, and customers across the company for a #bettertogether

What you are good at

• Proven experience as a consultant, sales engineer, or comparable role that involves business and technical advice and providing fun and engaging presentations and demos
• Experience within SaaS, Bot Technologies, Contact Center and/or Conversational AI either at software companies or building custom solutions
• Experience with JavaScript programming/scripting - Experience in Java, Python, or similar is a plus
• Confident and engaging presenter especially in speaking and dealing with technology
• You have creative & design skills especially in PowerPoint - Experience with video editing tools, Photoshop or similar will be a plus
• You can lead through influence, with high tolerance for ambiguity, profound knowledge, and experience in intercultural communication
• You have excellent German and English skills
• You are willing to travel across Europe
